Deniel Soibim

Deniel Soibim was born in the United States in 1972. He was graduated from the California Institute of Technology, and made an angel investment in potential companies through the establishment of an investment club in 2005, which caught the attention of the Blue Run’s executives in the United States and successively served as a potential revenue expert appraiser in Blue Run, performed risk assessment for the proposal of Blue Run projects. In 2009, he and Tyler Adams jointly established USA International Covenant, organized various investment plans, and proposed the STO token financing mechanism to be applied on the NGK company, as an effective supervision scheme for the first issuance of blockchain token.
